NSRDS Associates Itself With The Issues Of Poverty & Under Development & Takes The Charge To Overcome This Problem Gradually By The Process Of Awareness Generation. It Is Also Directed Towards Strengthening The Deprived Sectors Economically, Socially & Educationally. NSRDS A Non Government Organization It Was Established In 2002 With The Objective Of Rural Development, Social Welfare, Poverty Alleviation Through Collective Income Generation Programme, Gender & Other Programme.
The Society NSRDS Is Involved In Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Cluster Development, Self Help Groups Formation /Management, Running Vocational Training Center, Environment Protection, Health Camps And Rehabilitation Of Child Labor Etc.
NSRDS Is Working In The Field Of Entrepreneurship Development As A Leading NGO In The State Of Uttarakhand. Our Task Is Providing Technical And Non-Technical Support To The Up Coming Entrepreneurs Through Various Trades Related Training Programmes. NSRDS Is Focusing Its, Efforts On Capacity Building Of Community. NSRDS Also Conducts Research, Survey And Documentation For Its Personal Learning And Social Change.
NSRDS IS Empanelled As First Udyami Mitra In Uttarakhand State Under RGUMY Schemes Ministry Of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (Govt. Of India) In July 2009. NSRDS IS Working As Partner Institution With Indian Institute Entrepreneurship, Guwahati Now National Institute For Entrepreneurship And Small Business Development (NIESBUD) Under The Ministry Of Micro Small &Medium Enterprises (Govt. Of India) Since March 2011.
Our one participant got the National Award on dated 08-03-2021 under the ministry of skill and entrepreneurship development and supported by NIESBUD.

NSRDS has good infrastructure for conducting any Programme. Society has training hall, Furniture, Audio-Video Instruments, Training material, training literature, expert faculties of related trades & special attraction are that we have our unique faculty of EDP. With the help of these faculties we make new strategies for providing creative & innovative training with participatory mythology. Our associated organizations Sahara Sarvouthan Samiti, DRDS etc also support us according to requirement of sponsor agency.
We possess a very good team of highly experienced, energetic, talented trainers and consultants in NSRDS. Our team renders its services in training, implementation of programmes, consultancy etc. For implementing training/programmes, we promote innovative ideas and a friendly environment.
We also have a good library with a wonderful collection of all types of study material required for trainings. Apart from this, AMT Games, Projects, Data Bank of old participants and their Success Stories, Documents of potential surveys and Research of Uttarakhand etc.
NSRDS has fully equipped training hall, teaching material, practical lab, boarding & lodging facilities in Bhimtal & Haldwani. According to demand we can arrange better faculties for ongoing programmer. Many visitor faculties of reputed organization are directly or indirectly associated with NSRDS. We have computer, fax machine and other project related material available with us. We have all the data of those participants who have completed their training & they are doing job or running their enterprise.
